The idea behind Paula's Picks was to find gift items that we feel are of exceptional quality, unusual and something you would be a real treat for the recipient (or yourself!).  Dick Taylor chocolate is all of that and more!  The packaging is beautiful and features letterpress printing on beautiful linen paper.

About the maker: Using the finest cacao, and a modern take on traditional European techniques, Dick Taylor is able to fully realize the potential of the beans they source. All of their chocolate is carefully crafted from the bean in our small factory in Northern California.
